FA Solutions : Senior Developer (2 positions)

FA Solutions, a leading provider of Wealth and Asset Management software solutions, is now looking for two Senior Developers to join their growing, agile and international team!

What will you be doing?

Depending on your background and preference, you’ll focus on backend, frontend, or fullstack development within one of our development teams, each of which owns a specific product area. These teams typically include a team lead, product owner, 5–6 developers, and a product specialist.

You’ll design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and efficient features for the FA Platform, a modern cloud-native SaaS solution. You will work with features for Portfolio Management, Trade Order Management, or Compliance. These features are built for expert B2B users, and enable them to efficiently work with vast amounts of financial data.

We require you to have:

3+ years of professional experience in web development
Backend: experience with Java and SQL databases
Frontend: experience with React and JavaScript/TypeScript
An understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and performance optimization
A full working proficiency in English

We consider as an asset:

Knowledge of capital markets or investment management
Experience with Order Management Systems (OMS) or compliance solutions
Background in building scalable, data-intensive applications, including SaaS platforms
Backend: experience with Spring Framework and Hibernate
Experience with Azure, Kubernetes and Docker

Practicalities:

These are full-time and permanent positions, in which you will be employed  directly to FA Solutions. The ideal starting date for these positions is as soon as possible. The company’s office is located in Helsinki, but it’s possible to work entirely remotely in this role.
