Are you interested in how technology, business, and SAP solutions shape the future of global organizations? 🚀 Career Ignite – Powered by SAP Next Gen offers you a unique opportunity to explore the consulting and technology industry from the inside and gain practical insights into how digital transformation is built in real life. In Fall 2026, the program is delivered in collaboration with Vincit, Islet and Vivicta – three expert partners in SAP consulting and implementation, helping organizations transform and optimize their core business processes through digital solutions

Career Ignite – Powered by SAP Next Gen is designed for students who want to deepen their understanding of SAP, consulting, implementation projects, and modern enterprise solutions. The program consists of four interactive weekday evening sessions, hosted together with our partners. Each session takes place between 4 PM and 9 PM and combines expert talks, real-life business cases, interactive discussions, good food, and networking with professionals and fellow students.

Throughout the program, participants will gain insights into topics such as digital transformation projects,  AI-enabled business processes, and the everyday work of technology consultants. The first session kicks off with a hands-on SAP S/4HANA challenge, where participants will explore the system in a practical and engaging way while working in teams in a fun, competitive setting.

To successfully complete the program, attendance at all four sessions is mandatory. Participants who complete the program will receive a Career Ignite – Powered by SAP Next Gen diploma. The program is free of charge for selected students, but the number of participants is limited to 25.

Who should apply?

We are looking for curious, motivated, and committed Finnish university students from various backgrounds who are interested in technology, consulting, and business development. You don’t need prior SAP experience – a willingness to learn and an interest in digital solutions are what matter most.
