You will be working with full spectrum of Fortum’s business applications while ensuring their data correctness in our ITSM (IT Service Management) and CMDB (Configuration Management Database) systems. You will be part of Fortum’s Application Management Services team and work in close cooperation with our IT Service Managers and other roles related to service operations.
In your role you are coordinating and contributing to improvement initiatives that are related to quality of service delivery. Tasks are varying depending on the focus areas.
Main responsibility areas:
- Coordinating agreed activities across different applications
- Maintaining data / ensuring data quality in systems
- Contributing to continuous service improvement
- Other responsibilities can be agreed based on your competences
In this role you will see IT Service Management practices in operations and have a possibility to work with colleagues in different countries.

What we are looking for
- You are curious and have a can-do attitude
- You understand service management processes and methodologies
- You are focusing on ICT in your studies and are already at least halfway through your degree
- You are fluent in English, other languages are a bonus
