We are now further expanding our team within Business Process Excellence.
This team is focused on the domains of Business Process Management (BPM), Value Stream Analysis, Lean Management, Customer Journeys, Process Analytics, Master Data Management, and Enterprise Architecture. For all domains, we utilize the leading best practices, methodologies, and digital tools. We are dedicated to strengthen our customers’ capabilities within these domains.
Ferrologic is growing and is now looking for a Junior Business Process Consultant to join their consultant team based in the capital city region! Could you be this person? At Ferrologic, you will get a unique chance to participate in supporting leading companies striving towards Process Excellence. Digital tools play a key role in this process – they are a must in order to get leverage in larger organizations.
Your projects will concentrate on aspects such as Business Process Improvement, Enterprise Architecture, Process and Information Modelling, Information Management, Digital Twins, Automatization (e.g. RPA), and leading tools that enable customers to strengthen their business performance. In this position, you will have multiple projects at hand simultaneously, depending on your skillset. There will be a lot of variation, and you will get a unique chance to work with a leading and innovative team! Further on, you will also get to specialize in the area of consulting that motivates you the most.
This is an excellent chance for a newly graduated person to kickstart a rewarding career in consulting! In case you already have some experience of consulting or working in client interface, there are also new exciting challenges waiting for you. We appreciate a technical educational background (Ferrologic’s client projects often involve IT challenges), but also business studies come handy in this position. You will work closely with Ferrologic’s clients and mostly in their premises, which underlines the importance of a proactive mindset as well as a consultative working style.
However, we do not expect you to be an expert yet! The most important thing is your willingness to learn with us and an analytical mindset. Onboarding and on-the-job training will be carried out by one of your consultant colleagues-to-be in Helsinki. There are opportunities to work internationally as well.
Requirements for the applicant:
– Interest in consultative client work and willingness to become an expert in consulting
– Relevant educational background (you might be a graduate of business information technology, industrial engineering, computer science, or software engineering, to give a few examples)
– Good presentation and communication skills
– Fluent Finnish and English language skills (Swedish is an advantage, but not required)
