Trainee, Investment Management

The Investment Management team drives strategy development, investment and financial planning, governance, and reporting for the Patent Portfolio organization, which manages Nokia’s industry-leading patent portfolio and enhances value from Nokia’s patents and R&D efforts.

We are seeking full-time trainees to join our Investment Management team at Nokia Technologies for the fall 2025. You will get to contribute to development projects covering investment strategies, financial planning, cost efficiency and portfolio analysis within our global patent portfolio. Tasks may include preparing and exploring patent data, conducting statistical analyses, and assisting in strategic and financial planning.

This is a full-time traineeship for the fall 2025, preferably from August to December, but can be tailored with the right candidates. To join a trainee program at Nokia, an active student status is expected.

Selected candidates will be invited to an in-person interview at our Espoo office. The interview will include presentation of a prework case study and a typical interview with the opportunity to ask questions.
