Job Description

Vuono Group is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our internal sales and marketing team. We help our clients for example to improve process throughput time, optimize resource usage and reduce waste. Together we are building the best consultancy specializing in digital efficiency.

You will be working as a part of our sales and marketing team with the focus on building the early phases of the sales funnel, and acquiring potential new customers.  You will be outreaching to prospective leads of target accounts by mainly email and LinkedIn, but also sometimes via phone and in-person to develop new business opportunities. You will also join client meetings together with our senior executives.

The recruitment process includes at least two interviews during which you get an opportunity to meet Vuono Group employees and we get to learn about you as a professional, colleague and person.

Job requirements

  • Fluent written and verbal (telephone) communications in English and Finnish languages
  • Use of sales development technologies such as Hubspot,, etc.
  • You are able to take ownership of the lead gen process by working independently and systematically
  • Experience in working in startup-kind environment is a plus
  • Interest in software development and automation trends
