Website Vuono Group
Job description
Are you a student or recent graduate interested in bridging the gap between business and technology to create a measurable impact? Do you want to grow into a consultant by working with an experienced team that empowers you to solve critical business challenges? If this sounds like a match, we’d love to hear from you!
Vuono Group is a consultancy that drives business value with processes and AI. We empower Nordic organisations in both the private and public sectors to bridge the gap between business needs and AI capabilities, enabling smarter decision-making, increased operational efficiency, and accelerated growth. As a member of the Futurice ecosystem, we offer the best of both worlds — a robust network of professionals combined with the agile and innovative environment of a startup. This is an ideal way to kickstart your career in business engineering.
About the role
As a Business Engineering Associate, you’ll learn to analyse and solve complex business problems by working directly with client stakeholders to identify key challenges and improvement opportunities.
You will also work hands-on to create value out of data by analysing it with business intelligence tools, defining KPIs and building dashboards that support decision-making, as well as assisting in drafting actionable business cases. Additionally, you’ll gain hands-on experience with low-code automation and platforms, process mining tools, and business technology platforms.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Consult with clients to identify and analyse business needs and inefficiencies.
- Translate business needs into solutions, supporting clients in designing optimised processes.
- Develop insights using data analytics tools like Power BI and deliver actionable reports.
- Leverage low-code automation, process mining platforms, and business technology platforms to design and implement client solutions.
- Collaborate with technical colleagues and stakeholders to ensure clear communication when implementing improvements.
- Gain hands-on experience in business process modelling, management, and data-based decision support.
What we’re looking for
You don’t need to be an expert — what really counts is your hunger to solve business challenges with technology and your drive to keep learning. The following will help you hit the ground running:
- Currently studying or recently graduated in Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, Information Networks, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of business processes, data analytics and IT systems in modern digital business.
- Self-driven can-do attitude and analytical mindset.
- Fluent communication and presentation skills in both Finnish and English
- Curious to learn consulting; eagerness to grow in client-facing, project management and problem-solving skills
- Bonus: hands-on experiences in building with low-code platforms; process mining (Celonis, Microsoft Process Mining, SAP Signavio, QPR Process Mining), business technology (Salesforce, Hubspot, MS Dynamics, ServiceNow), business process automation (Microsoft Power Automate, Camunda, UiPath, make.com, n8n)
- We work closely with our clients, often on-site. We’re therefore looking for candidates who live in, or are planning to move to, the Greater Helsinki area.
What we offer
- Real responsibility from day one: apply your skills in real client projects, not just academic exercises.
- Mentorship and continuous learning: grow fast with guidance from experienced professionals in a supportive, cross-disciplinary team.
- A culture that values impact, transparency, collaboration, and curiosity.
- Competitive compensation aligned with TEK salary recommendations.
- A growth environment where titles don’t matter: you can make an impact, contribute ideas, and develop both personally and professionally.
- Great perks, including extensive healthcare, lunch and sports benefits, Friday breakfasts, fun team events, and more.
Further information and next steps
Please send us your application and CV by December 30, 2025. We’ll start interviews already during the application period, so don’t wait too long! We aim to wrap up the recruitment process by the end of February 2026.
To ensure you learn and have a real opportunity to make an impact (and not just eat ice cream in an empty office in July), our associates usually start after the summer holidays — around August or later if agreed. This is a 6-month fixed-term position to start, with the possibility to continue based on project needs and performance.
We can’t wait to hear from you!
