Strategy &amp; Transformation develops our strategy and operating model (KONE Way) and is responsible for driving large strategic transformations.<\/p>\n<p><b>We are now looking for Interns to join KONE Strategy Development &amp; Market Intelligence (SMI) team.\u00a0 <\/b>\u00a0\u200b<br \/>\n\u200b<br \/>\nKONE Strategy Development &amp; Market Intelligence is a motivated team of professionals working with KONE\u2019s most important and challenging strategic questions, supporting the Executive Board with analyses and insights, and shaping KONE\u2019s strategic projects with our business leaders.<\/p>\n<p>In your role as a Business Analyst Intern, you get to be a full member of the team and contribute to strategic projects by conducting analyses, presenting insights, and engaging with key stakeholders.<\/p>\n<p><b>Requirements for the role:<\/b>\u200b<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>University studies in a relevant field<\/li>\n<li>In 3rd year of studies or higher, with good academic performance<\/li>\n<li>Some experience from similar type of work e.g., consulting, private equity, or banking\u200b<\/li>\n<li>Solid problem-solving and presentation skills, with a strong command of PowerPoint and Excel \u200b\u200b<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work both independently with a proactive attitude, and as a team member\u200b with excellent collaboration skills<\/li>\n<li>Fluency in English is required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This is a full-time internship, lasting 3-4 months. We are looking for 2 candidates to join us for the winter (start in December 2024-early 2025) and summer of 2025, but the exact timing of the internship is negotiable depending on your studies and our project situation.
