We are backed by some of the world&#8217;s most successful investors including General Catalyst, Lifeline Ventures and many more.<\/p>\n<p>Join us in shaping the future of dining! \ud83d\ude80<\/p>\n<p><strong>About the role<br \/>\n<\/strong><br \/>\nWe are now looking for an ambitious\u00a0Growth Marketing Intern to join our team in Helsinki. You&#8217;ll be working closely with our Marketing Manager and your number one goal is to optimize sales in our existing food halls. What you\u2019ll get to work with:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct analysis of order data, demand patterns &amp; menu conversion to create ideas for increasing demand<\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain standardized campaigns to drive sales in our food halls<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and develop our menus across multiple sales channels such as Wolt, Foodora and our self ordering kiosks located in our food halls<\/li>\n<li>Measure &amp; analyze results and iterate based on learnings<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate closely with our Kitchen Ops and Business Development teams<\/li>\n<li>Engage with our customers with our AI powered customer support system<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You&#8217;ll get to work with the Huuva menu management tool as well as various external tools such as\u00a0Canva and Google Sheets.<\/p>\n<p>A strong customer experience and retention is in the core of our business and thus we also expect you to work closely with our kitchen operations and business development teams to solve potential issues outside the standard marketing playground.<\/p>\n<p>While we\u2019ll provide you hands on\u00a0support, you are also expected to strive as an independent contributor, take ownership and execute tasks autonomously.<\/p>\n<p>We are looking for a full time intern for 4-6 months.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What do we expect from you?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong interest in B2C growth marketing and working in a start up<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in English and Finnish<\/li>\n<li>Good analytical skills and proficiency with Google workspace tools (Sheets, slides, docs)<\/li>\n<li>Passion to learn and grow continuously. You enjoy taking initiative and figuring out solutions on your own<\/li>\n<li>You have an eye on detail and you want to do common things uncommonly well<\/li>\n<li>Creative skills are considered as a plus<\/li>\n<li>Located in the Greater Helsinki Region and availability to work on premise every day<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We are reviewing applications on an ongoing basis and will be closing applications by March-23-2025.
