Help us craft content that not only grabs attention, but keeps it.<\/p>\n<p>What you\u2019ll do:<\/p>\n<p>As a Content Optimization Specialist at Wield VR, you\u2019ll be the analytical counterpart to our Video Content Creator \u2013 responsible for optimizing short-form content to target and engage our global audience. Your mission is to fine-tune every detail: pacing, hooks, captions, visual effects, sound, music, and keywords that make Shorts, TikToks and Reels to stand out.<\/p>\n<p>You\u2019ll monitor views, retention rates and engagement metrics like comments and shares. You\u2019ll extract insights from performance data and viewer comments and use them to iterate and improve future videos. This role goes beyond \u201cpost and hope\u201d \u2013 it\u2019s about structured experimentation: test, measure, optimize, repeat.<\/p>\n<p>Who You Are \u2013 The Ideal Candidate:<\/p>\n<p>You\u2019re not just curious \u2014 you\u2019re obsessed with what makes content go viral.
