Together, we\u2019re scaling faster than anyone else in our category \u2014 and we\u2019re just getting started.<\/p>\n<p>Our vision: to become Europe\u2019s largest restaurant scale-up.<\/p>\n<p><strong>About the role<\/strong><br \/>\nWe\u2019re looking for an ambitious Growth Operations hire to join our Helsinki HQ.<\/p>\n<p>Your mission: make every Huuva venue perform like our best one.<\/p>\n<p>You\u2019ll operate at the intersection of operations, growth, and customer experience \u2014 analyzing data, running local growth campaigns, fine-tuning menus, and engaging directly with customers to ensure every experience exceeds expectations.<\/p>\n<p>This is a role for someone who learns by doing, acts fast, and finds satisfaction in improving the details that make a business scale.
