Startuplifers is a non-profit talent program on a mission to nurture the next generation of future builders here in the Nordics. Majority of the program\u2019s over 200 alumni play an essential role in the Nordic high growth startups like\u00a0Wolt,\u00a0Varjo,\u00a0Blok,\u00a0Singa,\u00a0Valohai,\u00a0Matchmade,\u00a0Meru Health, Smartly.io and many more.<\/p>\n
We help university students and recent graduates from Finnish and Swedish universities to get employed at top tech startups in the San Francisco Bay Area. Working at a startup in the world\u2019s top #1 tech hub helps them put their learning curve on a whole new track.<\/p>\n
We have three main goals with the program. First, we want to accelerate as many young people\u2019s learning and professional growth as possible. Second, we want to build a community that sustains the learnings and the acquired mindset. Third, we want to inspire the community members to join startups in the Nordic region and to help build the best startup ecosystem here with their learnings from the US.<\/p>\n
We\u2019re working with a bunch of top-tier organizations in the San Francisco Bay Area to help the \u2018Lifers\u2019 get the most out of their experience abroad. Some of these organizations included are Coinbase, StartX, Stripe, Webflow, BetterDoctor, Berkeley SkyDeck,\u00a0UnifyID, just to name a few.<\/p>\n
