We at Columbia Road are now looking for new friends to work with next summer. We are a 3,5-year-old consulting startup, challenging the old ways of running eCommerce and digital business. As an associate in our sales team,<\/strong> your work consists of handling the whole consulting sales process from first contact and initial discussions to drafting and presenting proposals all the way through to project management during the project delivery. Sales in management consulting context is a bit like case solving, but you\u2019re also making sure the proposed case gets delivered as promised. This position is perfect if you want to learn what it takes to grow a top-tier consulting business in the digital business context.<\/p>\n As a digital marketer,<\/strong> you\u2019ll have the power to make clients\u2019 sales skyrocket! You are excited about growth hacking and interested in results-oriented marketing. Or maybe you\u2019re more analytics-driven and you love data crunching, dashboards, and reporting. You might have projects ranging from simple search engine marketing to setting up analytics and tagging frameworks for our clients or optimising clients\u2019 digital campaigns.<\/p>\n As a UX designer,<\/strong> you understand the client and their customers, prioritise use cases and features, create mockups and prototypes and test them. You are also able to work together with developers to make your designs a reality. We don\u2019t require you to code, but if you do, it\u2019s definitely a bonus.<\/p>\n As a software developer,<\/strong> you are interested in what happens under the hood of modern digital sales channels. Both back-end and front-end development interest you \u2014 but of course we don\u2019t expect you to know it all \u2014 it\u2019s much more important that you are eager to learn new technologies and ways of working. You\u2019ll get to work closely with experts from all of the above fields and learn about how to create a positive impact on the client\u2019s business through tech.<\/p>\n Whichever your role, you should feel comfortable presenting your ideas to a small group from time to time, for example in a workshop.
