The Sales Development team is responsible for acquiring potential new customers and they work in tight collaboration with our marketing and sales teams. We are using cutting-edge sales development practices and tools from the leading Silicon Valley companies. You&#8217;ll be a frontrunner in this field in Europe!<\/p>\n<p>This is an entry-level position at the top of our sales funnel, so you\u2019ll have a great opportunity to develop and advance your career in sales development, sales, and consulting. We can offer you career growth towards an inside sales or enterprise sales position after you have gained your spurs as an SDR, or if you are interested in consulting, we have many opportunities to offer.<\/p>\n<p><strong>This job is part-time or full-time.<\/strong> The details can be agreed based on your and our need and availability \u2013 a great opportunity for students and recently graduated.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Outreach to prospective individuals of target accounts by mainly email and LinkedIn, but also sometimes via phone and in-person to develop new business opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Use effectively Outreach.io and HubSpot and other sales tools to run accounts through every step of the sales cycle<\/li>\n<li>Manage initial management of inbound and outbound generated leads<\/li>\n<li>Explain the value of Columbia Road\u2019s services to potential and current customers, as well as senior executives<\/li>\n<li>Achieve meeting targets as set by the Helsinki sales team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><br \/>\nSkills and experience we expect you to have:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Personal interest in sales development, digital consulting, and initiating outbound contacting and appointment making<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and confident telephone manner<\/li>\n<li>Technical understanding of the digital sales and marketing landscape and tools<\/li>\n<li>Languages: native Finnish (mandatory) and fluent English<\/li>\n<li>Great attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Process-driven work manner<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and within a team environment<\/li>\n<li><em>Previous experience working at a start-up is a bonus<br \/>\n<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/apply.workable.com\/columbia-road\/j\/768E4968A5\/\">Read more about the benefits and the recruitment process, and apply!<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>We hope to hear from you soon!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>***<\/p>\n<p><em>Columbia Road&nbsp;is a consultancy challenging the old ways of running ecommerce and digital business.
